These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hotph governing your use of the hotph platform, games, promotions, and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines to register and use a hotph account. One account per person — no exceptions. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and fund forfeiture.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods registered in your name (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank). Third-party funding is prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed according to standard timelines in Section 6.
All hotph bonuses are subject to wagering requirements published on the specific promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Abuse of promotional offers results in account suspension.
Use of bots, scripts, exploitation of software errors, collusion, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and possible reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila and to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution processes.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the hotph platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the hotph platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between hotph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers for, or uses the hotph online gambling platform accessible at hotph.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").
These Terms apply to all services offered by hotph including, without limitation: online casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo games, sports betting, and the hotph Loyalty Program. By completing the account registration process, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them.

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a hotph account. This age requirement is set in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory standards governing online gambling in the Philippines. hotph will request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be owned or operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited to comply with Philippine law.
The hotph platform is intended for use exclusively by persons physically present in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of participation. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hotph is legal under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. hotph makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered hotph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, hotph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances pending an investigation into potential fraud or bonus abuse.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account details through the account settings section of hotph should any information change. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
hotph is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification for all accounts. You agree to provide, upon request and within the timeframe specified by hotph, any documents required to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Commonly requested documents include a government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilSys, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and payment method screenshots. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hotph account credentials, including your username and password. hotph will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You agree to:
hotph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your hotph account will be considered to be your activity, whether or not you authorized it, until you notify hotph of unauthorized access and hotph takes action to suspend the account.
hotph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PESONet), and selected cryptocurrencies. All payment methods accepted by hotph are listed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard. hotph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or wallets registered to a third party — including family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. hotph may request documentary proof that a payment method belongs to you at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for e-wallet methods (GCash and PayMaya). Specific minimum amounts for other methods are published in the Deposit section of the platform.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your hotph balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are credited within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers are credited within the same banking day for transfers initiated before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by currency. hotph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or blockchain network congestion.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your hotph account are legitimately obtained and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity. Deposits suspected to be proceeds of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines, the account will be frozen, and all funds may be seized pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit into your hotph account. hotph does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used to fund the account, nor to third-party accounts. This policy is maintained for AML compliance purposes.
Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya for amounts up to ₱50,000 are processed within 30 minutes during operating hours. Bank withdrawals via InstaPay are processed within 2 banking hours. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional review and documentation and are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. hotph Gold and Platinum Loyalty tier members receive priority withdrawal processing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts that have completed full KYC documentation. Unverified or partially verified accounts are subject to withdrawal limits as specified in the account verification section of the platform.
hotph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 5 business days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by hotph are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:
All games available on the hotph platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's help or information section. In cases of conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specific to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail for all other matters including account management, financial transactions, and conduct.
hotph uses certified random number generation (RNG) software for all software-based games. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical dealing equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. hotph does not manipulate game outcomes and game results are final once settled, subject to the error correction provisions below.
hotph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, due to a technical malfunction, or as a result of a system error that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings arising from demonstrably incorrect odds or technical errors will not be paid and may be reclaimed if already credited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement:
All content on the hotph platform — including the hotph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of hotph or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the hotph platform without the prior written consent of hotph. Unauthorized use of hotph intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
hotph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of hotph's data practices, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are set out in the hotph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering a hotph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, personalized promotions, and platform improvement.
hotph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.
Age Restriction: The hotph platform is strictly for persons 21 years of age and above. This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR regulations and is non-negotiable. hotph employs age verification measures and will close any account found to be operated by a minor.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hotph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical errors, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
hotph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hotph's liability for death or personal injury caused by hotph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
You may close your hotph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal verification process described in Section 5.
hotph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold or void any balance, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, suspected fraud or money laundering, use of the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
hotph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hotph will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the hotph platform and may close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to hotph's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may then be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution mechanism.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
